This study records the clinical presentation, biochemical status, ultrasonographic picture and histomorphological appearance of this disease in a coastal endemic zone for goiter.Clinical, biochemical \u0026amp; ultrasound compliments the diagnosis with its characteristic features but histomorphology is confirmatory. Association of HT with malignancy requires a close follow up of these patients.
