The dye aggregates can be implemented into a new type of \u003cb\u003e\n                    \u003ci\u003esolar cells\u003c\/i\u003e\n                \u003c\/b\u003e, designed to combine the advantages of \u003cb\u003e\n                    \u003ci\u003ehybrid solar cells\u003c\/i\u003e\n                \u003c\/b\u003e and \u003cb\u003e\n                    \u003ci\u003esolid-state dye-sensitized solar cells\u003c\/i\u003e\n                \u003c\/b\u003e (ss-DSSCs): \u003cb\u003edye aggregate solar cells (DASCs)\u003c\/b\u003e. This book describes the construction and first tests of a prototype for DASCs on the basis of the investigated dye aggregates.
