In an age  of quanti­fication, measuring the extent to which humans are impacted during crises is paramount. This present study delivers an argument for brief and pragmatic organizational crisis assessment instruments. Furthermore, a specific instru­ment's (the TAS:O) psychometric properties are evaluated.
